Overnight Oatmeal

I cannot stress how much I love overnight oat bowls. Mix some up and put it in refrigerator before bed, and you’ve got yourself (and your family) a nice, healthy, immune boosting breakfast! Spice it up with 1 tsp each of ground cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger in wintertime to keep you warm.

Serves 2

1 cup rolled oats

3 tbsp chia seeds

2 cups milk

3 tbsp grated coconut

A pinch of salt

Ground spices (optional)

Toppings

2 tbsp almond butter

4 tbsp fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or mixed berries)

1 banana

Make It

Put everything (except toppings) in a jar and stir to mix thoroughly. Let mix sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator and serve with almond milk and toppings.
